What is Category Tagging?

Category Tagging will enable you to display a tag cloud for your WordPress categories and create a list of related posts. The category cloud is useful if you use both tags and categories on your blog and the related posts allows you to easily display a list of related posts (due to their category or tag) of a selected post; it can also be used in the WordPress Loop.

Who created Category Tagging?

The plugin was originally written by Michael Woehrer of Software Guide but he did not have enough time on his hands to continue to develop it so handed the whole plugin over to me, so that I could continue to develop it from where he had left off. Version 2.4 and above have all been released by me, anything underneath that (2.3 and below) are by Michael Woehrer.

Where can I download the original versions?

If you would like to grab one or two of the older versions of Category Tagging (before I took over its development), then I suggest heading over to the original Category Tagging page on Software Guide. He has kept version 2.3 and version 1.3 of the original Category Tagging plugin on his server, which means that you can download them if you wish.
