Terms and conditions

All payments will be made through PayPal. Nothing is final until you have paid in full for the advertisement space. I reserve the right to remove any banner that I deem unnecessary and I will give you a minimum period of 48 hours to re-issue a suitable image. I also reserve the right to remove any advertisement from my website, without prior notice, if it fails to comply with the terms herein. Your banner image will be hosted on our servers, this means that once your 30 day period has started, you cannot change the image.

Before your advertisement is accepted, both the image and the link you provided will be inspected by a real human being; your 30 day subscription will not start until after this has happened. You agree that your website must not contain or link to any adult material. No refund will be issued if your advertisement is rejected, removed or cancelled before your period ends, unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel a placement at any time and doing so will allow the slot to be freely available to other advertisers, but will not automatically entitle you to a refund.
