According to ProBlogger every blogger should consider having an FAQ page; so here we go.

What blog platform do you use?

Bull3t's Blog is powered by WordPress 2.9.2. This is a self-hosted blog; take a look at WordPress' Getting Started guide for more information on setting up your own blog.

What plugins does your WordPress installation use?

There is a whole list of plugins that my blog uses to stay alive; you can see them all here. Most are homebrew or have been modified to suit my needs. Take a look and see what you can find.

Who designed your blog?

The latest design is by FreeThemeLayouts and has been completely revamped by myself. Most of the design elements are close to that of the original but have been improved somewhat to accommodate my needs. This version of Bull3t's Blog was released in March 2009.

Can I use the design on my blog?

Most of the themes I use for Bull3t's Blog are freely available – mostly due to them not actually being created by me. However, I make huge imrpovements and changes to the themes I use to make them a little more user-friendly and to include some of my favourite elements. Feel free to use the features of the theme as inspiration and download the freely available theme. If you want to use anything else, feel free to email me.

Can we exchange links?

Sure, just drop me a line on Twitter or e-mail and I'll fix you up with a link in my sidebar (so long as you do the same, of course).

May I write a post on your blog with a link to mine?

Of course – I getting writers block too much to keep my blog up-to-date all the time – just e-mail me the content and the link, or the idea. I'll create you an account on my blog so that you can do as many posts as you like. How does that sound?

May I republish posts on my own blog or website?

You may not republish entire posts from this blog without my direct permission. Feel free to quote anything from this blog (within reason – a paragraph or two is pretty normal) with a link to it as a source, but keep in mind that this is copyrighted material. I regularly find people who do republish my articles without acknowledgment of source and/or without permission and pursue them to remove it.

How can I keep track of new posts?

The easiest way to keep track of Bull3t's Blog is to subscribe to the RSS feed or have the updates e-mailed directly to your inbox. You can subscribe to updates via e-mail by entering your e-mail address into the text box on the sidebar.
